Mountain-Town Craftsmanship
Mouse Mountain Property Services works out of Fraser Lake, BC, in the heart of the Nechako Valley. Out here a build has to survive deep snow load, hard freezes and long wet springs — so we frame tight, flash properly and use materials that earn their keep.
From a first-storey addition to a bathroom vanity, the same crew shows up, the same standard applies, and the site gets swept before we head home.
Where the name comes from
The badge on our trucks is a rusted sawblade carrying a mountain mouse beside snow-capped peaks. Small, stubborn, always working, always local — that's the mascot, and it's the promise: Reliable. Local. Done Right.

The Crew
Owner-operated and hands-on. Every project is run by the same lead carpenter from first walkthrough to final punch list, backed by a small local crew and trusted regional trades for electrical, plumbing and mechanical work.
